Receptionists are responsible for providing a good experience in the clinic for each customer.  Receptionists are the first to greet clients coming into our clinics, and therefore must be able to answer questions about our clinic and treatments, schedule appointments quickly, uphold policies and procedures, and maintain professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing overall administrative support
  • Providing prompt and courteous service to clients and guests
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Creating and maintaining updated filing systems
  • Ordering and stocking office supplies
  • Maintaining email correspondence and follow-up
  • Maintaining professional appearance of front receptionist area
  • Handling additional duties as requested

Required Experience

  • High school diploma
  • Customer service preferred but not required
