You can apply a package towards a membership at any time before completing the package or the package expiration. (Half value can be applied after completing half or more of the package treatments). Memberships give clients the ability to see up to 90% reduction in hair growth.This offer includes 6 treatments. Once you have purchased your package, give us a call to schedule an appointment. Limit one package per person per area. For example, if you have previously treated this specific area or part of it as a client with us, you are ineligible for this package. If you are interested in additional treatments on the area, please give us a call to discuss your options! Packages are non-refundable once you have started treatments and expire one year after the redemption date.

No. We don't give refunds on packages when your treatments have been started.
If you lose a treatment (due to no-showing to an appointment) you have the option to buy that treatment back for $20. It isn't $20 per appointment, it is $20 per treatment area. If you missed an appointment for your Brazilian and Underarms it would be $20 to purchase back each area.
