Shave 12-24 hours before your appointment, no products on the treatment area (lotion, makeup, deodorant, sunless tanner), no sun exposure for 7 days, and no tanning beds for 14 days before your treatment.

Yes, as long as you haven’t started your treatments. Single Treatment, 4-Treatment Starter Package, and 6-Treatment Series are nonrefundable once you have started.
