Full arm laser hair removal includes the area from the shoulder seam down to the fingertips, covering the upper arms, lower arms, elbows, wrists, and hands.

Most clients need 12–16 total treatments to achieve optimal long-term hair reduction. You’ll typically start seeing a 20-30% reduction in hair growth after 4 sessions, with hair growing back finer and slower as treatments continue.

Treatments are spaced every 6–8 weeks. Most clients start closer to 6 weeks between sessions and move to 8 weeks toward the end of their treatment plan.

• Do not apply lotions, oils, creams, or self-tanners on the day of treatment.

• Wait at least 2 hours before showering using lukewarm or cool water.
• Wait 2 hours before resuming workouts.
• Avoid hot showers, hot tubs, steam rooms, seat heaters, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours.
• Apply fragrance-free lotion or restorative gel as recommended.
• Redness or small bumps are normal histamine reactions and usually fade within 24–72 hours.
• Use sunscreen consistently throughout your treatment plan.
