Facial areas can be more hormonal and may require more treatments. Most clients see a 20-30% reduction after 4 treatments, and recommend 12-16 treatments for long-lasting results. Those with hormonal conditions may need additional treatments. 

The laser targets darker, thicker hair. Fine vellus hair, like peach fuzz, is not treatable, so results will vary by hair type and growth phase.

• Arrive with no makeup or skincare products on your face.
  
• Avoid sunless tanner for 3 weeks prior.
  
• Stop using Retinol, AHA/BHA, or Salicylic acid 7 days before your appointment.
  
• Do not wax or tweeze hairs for 3 weeks prior — shaving is recommended 12–24 hours before treatment.

• Avoid hot showers, steam rooms, or tight clothing around your face for 2 hours after. Give your skin a little longer if you’re experiencing more irritation.
  
• Apply fragrance-free moisturizer or restorative gel as directed.
  
• Mild redness or bumps are normal and usually fade within a few days.
  
• Sunscreen is essential, as facial skin is constantly exposed and more sensitive after laser treatment.

Treatments are spaced 6–8 weeks apart, allowing hair to grow into the active growth phase so the laser can target it effectively.

Most clients experience only mild discomfort, often described as a quick zap or tingling. The cooling device helps make treatments comfortable.

Avoid Retinol, AHA/BHA, and Salicylic acid at least 7 days before each session. Resume them only after your skin has calmed, usually the next day or as recommended.
