• Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, or self‑tanner for at least 3 weeks beforehand
• Arrive with clean skin and no lotion, oil, or active skincare products

Aftercare varies slightly by area, but for all treated areas:

• Wait 2 hours before showering with lukewarm or cool water
• Wait 2 hours before working out
• Avoid hot showers, hot tubs, steam rooms, or tight clothing for 2 hours unless otherwise directed by the technician or if irritation persists.
• Apply fragrance‑free lotion or restorative gel as directed
• Mild redness or small bumps are normal and typically fade within 24 to 72 hours
