Most clients reach 70–90% long-lasting hair reduction after completing their treatment program. Hair that does return tends to be finer and lighter. Laser hair removal is classified by the FDA as permanent hair reduction, not permanent hair removal. The Simple Promise is built around getting you to that clinical endpoint, not selling you a fixed number of sessions and calling it done.

Yes, when the right laser is used. Simplicity Laser uses the Candela GentleMax Pro, which combines Nd:YAG (1064 nm) and Alexandrite (755 nm) wavelengths. The Nd:YAG wavelength was specifically designed to treat darker skin tones safely, bypassing the surface pigment to target the follicle directly. Older diode-only lasers can't always say the same, and often only work on light skin colors.

Definitely. The program is a great way to get started without a large upfront investment, while still giving you access to consistent treatments and long-term results.

Dark hair responds best. The laser needs pigment in the follicle to latch onto and follow down to the root. Blonde, red, white, and gray hair have little to no melanin, so the laser can't effectively target them. If your hair color falls into one of those categories, laser hair removal isn't the right fit, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than take your money.

That’s completely normal. Hair reduction is a process, and results improve gradually over time with more consistent treatments. Everyone’s hair growth patterns are different.

The laser emits concentrated light that's absorbed by the melanin (pigment) in the hair shaft. That energy converts to heat, which disables the hair follicle and prevents future hair growth. Only follicles in their active growth phase, called the anagen phase, respond to the laser, which is exactly why a series of treatments is required.
