What prep and post-care should I do after face and neck laser hair removal?

No makeup or products, shave 12–24 hours prior, avoid sunless tanner (3 weeks), stop Retinol/AHA/BHA/Salicylic acid (7 days prior). Post-care includes sunscreen and gentle moisturizer.
