• Wait at least 2 hours before showering with lukewarm or cool water.
• Wait 2 hours before resuming workouts.
• Avoid hot showers, hot tubs, steam rooms, tight clothing, and seat heaters for 2 hours unless otherwise recommended by a technician.
• Apply fragrance‑free lotion or restorative gel as directed.
• Mild redness or small bumps are normal and typically fade within 24 to 72 hours.

• Shave the treatment area 12 to 24 hours before your appointment.
• Do not wax, tweeze, or use hair removal creams for 3 weeks prior.
• Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, or self‑tanner for at least 3 weeks beforehand.
• If you have used sunless tanner previously, ensure it is fully removed before treatment.
• Do not apply lotions, oils, or creams on the area on the day of treatment.

Laser hair removal is not technically permanent, but it provides 70 to 90 percent long‑lasting hair reduction that can last for years once clients have completed the recommended number of treatments. Some regrowth may occur, and touch‑ups help maintain results.
